What

Replace or augment the existing upstream README with a proper Mononoke Sanctuary fork README.

Files

  • README.md — replace upstream banner section with Mononoke Sanctuary section, keep upstream content for attribution
  • README.mononoke.md — exists and is a good start, but should be integrated into the main flow

Checklist

  • Merge README.mononoke.md content into README.md (top section)
  • Add Mononoke infra table (Forgejo, Matrix, Nextcloud, Hermes)
  • Add mirror status section (Forgejo primary / GitLab mirror)
  • Keep NousResearch attribution and upstream links intact
  • Add branch table (main = stable + MemoryMaxx, staging = experimental)
