From MemoryMaxx v2026.5.16 Postmortem:

wiki_maybe_file() is currently a stub. Background review handles real filing separately.

Requirements:

  • Detect high-value memories eligible for wiki promotion
  • Call semantic filing pipeline (TBD implementation)
  • Integrate with memory promotion helper + cron wrapper

Status: Stub — pending implementation
